From 28 to 30 October, Bologna hosted the Cities for Talent Meeting 2025, that marked the launch of the International Talent Network, a voluntary network of European cities that will cooperate on joint projects for talent attraction and retention, sharing tools and best practices.
Bologna Empowering Talent has been selected among the 17 Italian projects recognised in the “Research for Business” category, which showcases initiatives that highlight the ability of design to generate value within production and organisational processes.
From 28 to 30 October 2025, Bologna will host the Cities for Talent Meeting, an international event organized by the Metropolitan City and the Municipality of Bologna, dedicated to sharing practices and strategies for attracting and retaining talent.
Bologna for Talent is offering a series of walks to discover the city and encourage networking among talents. From the greenery of hidden gardens to the rhythm of Bologna’s Jazz scene, two special opportunities to explore the area and meet new people, free of charge and with registration required.
